You probably haven’t heard about it but we have come very close to some major airplane disasters recently. And the government’s diversity initiatives have a lot to do with it.

Government diversity initiatives are designed to promote inclusivity and representation across various sectors, including workplaces. However, a recent phenomenon paints an alarming picture of the potential negative consequences of these shortcomings – the near-miss accidents among planes have increased by 25% in the last decade. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) data points to this increase being largely due to staff worker shortages in air traffic control.

Matt Walsh discusses this in the youtube video below:

If you ask someone WHY they believe that “diversity” is important in the workplace, they can’t come up with an answer. It’s just what they’ve been told to believe and say.

Hello Matt, I was in the Navy from 1980 to 1990. I was an Operation Specialist that worked in the CIC(combat information center) on a DDG. My job was tracking aircraft. I was then sent to an AIC school. (air intercept control) The only difference than commercial is I am tracking and controlling fighter jets going mach+ at times. Of course the Navy has it’s own lingo. Anyway, about a year before the end of my second term I applied to an airport where I had lived. I was told that they would rather teach someone without experience than to retrain military controllers. Unbelievable.
