A new TikTok campaign urges people to dump the water out of their water bottles so that the oceans don’t dry up. This is a real concern that some people have.

A recent TikTok campaign has been making waves online, urging users to dump the water out of their water bottles in an attempt to save the oceans from drying up. While it may seem like a noble cause at first glance, the premise behind this campaign is fundamentally flawed and could potentially mislead people into believing that such actions will have any meaningful impact on ocean health or prevent ocean dryness. In reality, the issues faced by our oceans are complex and multifaceted, and involve numerous factors – none of which can be addressed by simply pouring out water bottles.

I still can’t get over the fact that you can walk out of a store in my area with 40 plastic bottles of water but you can’t put them into a plastic bag.

This is hilariously wrong. We once stored water sold in those types of plastic jugs in the basement in case of emergency.
Within a year they were all half empty. Apparently the dry basement cement was leaching the water straight through the bottle, so plastic does not hold water “forever.”

  1. LOL!!! What about this crap they’ve been saying that the ice caps are melting which is causing the oceans to rise? But I’m all for increasing the oceans to rise. This will put all those dummycrat enclaves under water.
