I have always been against brith rights in America. It’s total abuse to are American citizens rights. They come here and abuse are welfare system it’s been happening now for several generations. Let’s do something about brith rights in America.

I agree with you because I’m already convinced that the majority of citizens born from illegal parents are raised to be loyal to their parents country not to America. The majority of them will be inclined to other country not the US, some of them even hate this country. Later when they become adults if they work at any government agency is when we have haters in our own government is happening right now. I even think the US should stop or get more careful with the naturalization process with harder laws and stricter process, today anyone can be a citizen by just waiting five years and go to a weak process. Want an example: Mandanni from New York today after only few years is a candidate for New York governor, Omar Iham and many others!
Part of the naturalization process definitely should be to read, write and speak English! Also, have to take a civics test and know our Constitution. Take a pledge to honor our flag and our country. All political offices should be held by native born or naturalized with no criminal or questionable record. Also, all schools need to reinstate The Pledge of Allegiance – mandatory, have to pass a civics test, including the Constitution, return to normal curriculum in classrooms. Reintroduce P.E. back in school. No cell phones during school hours except recess/breaks or before and after school hours. English only in school except for foreign language classes. No porn or trans in classrooms. No illegals in schools – must have a student visa. The list could go on but that’s a start.

Come here illegally you have no rights never mind a “birthright” this needs to be put in perspective what the Constitution actually meant by birthright citizenship! I think most of US know. Let’s see what the SCOTUS has to say about coming into the Country and having a baby automatically makes it a US citizen and its parents. Must come here legally! Period.
Birth rights have been misinterpreted for ever, The Birth rights was meant to protect those who were brought to the US (slaves)by ensuring their families were not torn apart.

The only group solidly supporting Gay Marriage, is the Divorce Lawyers. Anything that increases their customer base, is a good thing. Now instead of just flitting off to their next partner, the gays have to leave a portion of their assets with the lawyers.
Just because you come here and have a baby means nothing. If the parents just come to make money kick them out. If they don’t help us they don’t need to be here.
