“PEOPLE LIKE THIS USED TO BE INSTITUTIONALIZED” Rhat is the issue, no? Since the mid 80’s, when all of the compassionate, feel good, “radicals,” determined that institutionalization of the mentally deranged, insane, and criminally insane, was ‘cruel and unusual’ punishment, and many mental institutions were shut down, ALL of these individuals now walk elbow to bellybutton with we the ‘semi-sane!’ It is also WHY, since that decade, I have been ARMED 24/7! As is said far too often in America today, “You Just Can’t Make This Schiff Up.”
The first thing needing investigate is if this, obviously mentally unstable, individual has any kids she speaks about, and, if any, have them removed from any possible contact with her!
