Sorry, jerry1944, the judges judge be actual evidence, not by “the defendants hurt The Donald’s feewings”. They’re supposed to follow the US Constitution, which they were sworn to follow. They do NOT swear an oath of loyalty to The Donald.
Once again, you didn’t pay attention to the real news. The leftist judge did not dismiss the cases because of the merits of the crimes – which are very much valid claims. She dismissed the cases because of a technicality with the prosecuting atty. The charges are being refiled in appeals court. The judge was wrong. It shouldn’t have been dismissed. Nice try. Hopefully the SC will make a final decision about what to do with these rogue judges that don’t follow the law. They’re a disgrace to the judicial system and need to be disbarred & disrobed.
