Thank you SCOTUS. The pictured Justice must not have gotten her way on the subject. It’s been the Obama/Biden judges that have been trying to kill everything Trump has been doing (low level judges that is). The Obama/Biden bunch tried to ruin everything it seems, even our constitution and the presidential powers.

Future POTUS’s best BEWARE of the huge step change in power and responsibility that this SCOTUS decision will impose on his/her shoulders IF this power that was limited on POTUS’s in 1935 is restored with this SCOTUS decision being considered here. Future POTUS’s cannot begin to fathom the risk and power they will suddenly acquire when/if this SCOTUS action is taken. It will require a whole new level of wisdom and virtue that POTUS candidates will need to inhabit the office of POTUS. Many fewer POTUS candidates will qualify!!

One can only hope that the 6 justices that should uphold the Constitution will. I can think of 3 right off the top that I have serious question about.

We the people definitely have not elected these power hungry and lazy bureaucrats. They have operated as they have a ‘job for life’ while those in the private sector are laid off at a moment’s notice and have lesser benefits than government employees do. The really upside down thing is that government bureaucrats are the laziest people I have ever met. I know this because I was a full-time employee of a private company which had a contract with a federal agency. That meant I was embedded in a federal building surrounded by federal ‘colleagues.’ This was in 2011-2012.
These feds bragged about how they could retire with pensions and full healthcare at 59, when the age for me to retire with full social security benefits was 67. These feds were extremely lazy, those of use who were in the private sector worked 5x times faster than the feds, we were constantly waiting on our fed ‘colleagues’ to get their parts of a project done. Oh, and back then the majority of people in the private sector didn’t telecommute, but a few of my fed colleagues did and this was YEARS before the pandemic. Those feds who were telecommuting and supposedly ‘working’ did not respond to email and phone messages left for them on the days they were ‘working from home.’ My private sector boss and I made it a point to always reach out with questions on their telecommuting days to harass them as we know they were doing zero work, lol.
Then with Covid the millions of fed employees were allowed to telecommute, while we taxpayers paid for their empty agency buildings. Once Covid tapered off, those who worked for private companies were told to report back to offices, but the feds didn’t. When they were eventually asked to return to their offices, they ignored it.
I cheered so hard when Trump was elected and started downsizing government employees – all those dead weights deserved it. My only criticism is I wanted him to cut more, after all the government is the biggest employer in the whole country. Not even Microsoft, Walmart, or Amazon comes anywhere near.
Now I am cheering on the Supreme Court to finally overturn Humphrey’s Executor, so we can right size our bloated government and show the deep state that THEY are not KINGS. They don’t get to stay on their little thrones, they are not royals, nor did we ELECT them. They need to be fired when not doing their job, and laid off when government needs to cut spending, just like all the rest of us.
