I’ve learned to have zero faith in our justice system today after watching some of the lawsuits and judgements rendered by some so-called judges, particulary east coast ones who practice their politics instead of our laws. Have been watching low level judges making political, downright inane decisions, when they know the innocence of the defendant. They are always upended on appeal, sometimes the defendant having to go to SCOTUS for a fair verdict. Some folks would not have the finances to even defend themselves from rulings by these less than honorable judges. The lawfare suffered by the defendant in these political lawsuits should get all involved disbarred starting with the DA’s and the judges involved also. The guilt has been determined before the trial even starts. These are a waste of taxpayer dollars, not to mention the cost to the innocent defendant. I could name some of these judges, AG’s and DA’s but won’t here. It’s cost me any faith in our justice system, today.
