I haven’t agreed with all presidential hopefuls in the past, but at least most of them had logical arguments in trying to win you over. Biden leaves you no choice. Far the greater part of his speeches (100 %), I have no idea what he is talking about. Not sure he knows either. The man is about three bricks short of a stack of two.
