I can’t fire anyone. I’m not an employer. Freedom of Speech is about people, whom I don’t like, saying things, that I don’t like. However, openly celebrating murder indicates poor judgement, if not character deficiency. Any employer will have to judge whether such a person is desirable, as an employee. Certainly, it is bad for business.
