I lived in NYC in the 1950s through the end of the 1970s and the 1950s were certainly the golden age of NYC, a fantastic place to live! Initially I was saddened as the largely illegal, third world refugees, who were responsible for voting him in, were duped yet again, by the false communist promise, BUT as I watched citizens throwing ice and snow at police this morning, all that changed! Now they must suffer for what they have put on their plate, eat it , OR MAYBE NOT! Russians under the Soviet Union ALWAYS carried folded shopping bags on their persons, in case they might come across some food that was available, desirable and that they could afford! This is the lesson coming to NYers and it is over due!
