As you can see the Republicans are doing it too. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a Republican and I think that people that are voted into Congress or in the Senate are not there for their constituents, but for themselves. There should be stipulations that if they miss so many votes, they’re out. We have officials in these positions that don’t ever vote on anything and missing meetings and still have a job. No voting over the phone/video. Must be present on voting on bills. Time to go to 1 bill with nothing thrown in.

Politicians should not profit from insider trading. Congress needs to come clean; the money they gained by corrupt information should be turned over to the government. They should be held up by name and made clear to Americans who they voted for. Even those who are retiring. Same with any government employee
Yeah, I like what Harry T, said; but I’d take it a step further: “Any politician who gets rich while in office, should not be allowed to serve in public office, again. (No re-election allowed, and not allowed to run for any other office, either.)” This would have stopped Biden from being re-elected, long ago. Ever see his seaside estate? Certainly he didn’t get THAT, on the salary of a government official. All politicians should only be allowed to live off of their salary, period. If they have any other income, while in office, throw them out. Are they serving us, or themselves? Stock trading distracts from governing the country, properly. No buying or selling of stocks, while in office, period.
