I have a CDL with HAZMAT. If I have just one EV battery in the wagon I must placard all 4 sides of the wagon and I must have HAZMAT endorsement on my CDL as long as the battery weighs 1000 pounds or more. So why don’t all EV’s with a battery weighing 1000 pounds or more have placards on all 4 sides and the driver have HAZMAT endorsement on their license and follow all of the HAZMAT rules? The battery is just as dangerous or more so in the EV as it is in my wagon.
I still can’t figure out why anyone would spend tens of thousands on an EV.
I was just thinking. joe biden is workign to outlaw gas stoves, furnaces, and fireplaces. Of course wood stoves will be outlawed as well. So that leaves you with electric heat.
As you know winter storms take down power lines. so no electric heat. the rich people with get solar cells and wind turbines to try and offset this problem. however they are not reliable without battery back up.
So how about all you environmentalists go out ans buy two or three of these EV battery packs to put in your house to compensate for the lack of heat in the winter. Doesn’t that sound like a great idea right now?
I guess the heat from your house burning down will be nice for a few hours.
