The SC will have to rule on the gun rights issue but he’ll probably defy the SC’s ruling. That sure is one arrogant asshole. I’ve never been to NY state at all and never had any desire to do so. I have even less now, especially NYC. After all the police and fire depts. vacate NYC, there will be no protection for the citizens and all the criminal element will invade the city (the ones that aren’t already there) and infiltrate the rest of NY. Kathy Hochul is sure being quiet about all of this. All of the big businesses will pack up and leave. The new NYC will be like the movie, Escape from New York. What are they going to do about the UN, NYSE, financial institutions and such? They can’t operate under such lawless conditions. I don’t know if NY will even become the city it was once was. The Dems own this 1000%. Their party should take a major hit over this foreseeable disaster about to happen. Maybe the Statue of Liberty needs to be moved because it certainly won’t represent the new NY image as the face of America. I still think we need to build a wall around NY.
