Even if the cervical vertebra had been hit straight-on, such a round would have continued on its path with very little deflection. Speaking of deflection; jumping off that roof with that rifle encased next to his body would have made him a trauma patient in some ER. His body could not remain inflexible on ground impact. What people video taped and witnessed was an external wound hitting the carotid artery as an exit wound. Charlie was hit from above the right ear from a downward line of shot going right to left, meaning he was shot from his right side from someone on the second floor. This is a no brainer, he was NOT SHOT FROM THE FRONT, IT’S IMPOSSIBLE
