Only verbal testimony, and you don’t have to swear to it. Unless the judge asks you to. You can refuse but then the judge can dismiss your testimony. If you agree you have to swear to Allah. Then the judge can accuse you of perjury, swearing falsely in the name of Allah which carries the death penalty. No one swears when the judge asks because they all know the only reason he asks is because he’s against you. That’s why men, and women are kept separate in public to avoid women’s false accusations.
