IMO, just another example of a legal practicing their POLITICS not our LAW, knowing very well what they are doing is wrong, and intentionally so. There should be punishments for this sort of thing, IMO. Bringing charges due to SPITE and POLITICS is not the practice of constitutional law, but an outright ABUSE of our legal system, IMO. Lawfare has ruined any faith I ever had in FAIR justice. I believe in charges being brought for this behavior for all involved.
