Go to Dallas City Illinois. It’s a quiet one horse town on the Iowa Illinois border. On a bend of the Mississippi River it is 50 miles from the nearest interstate highway. it’s former industrial base was parts suppliers to the auto industry. Most of the in town properties are boarded up manufacturing buildings. With the return of the auto industry to the US property values are due to explode as the town is once again is brought into productivity supplying the burgeoning chump US auto, and manufacturing industry. Crime is virtually non existent. Even with all the boarded up buildings not even graffiti is seen. Except for some vandalism, likely insurance fraud related, there is no sign of criminal activity.
I’m not going to worry about any “Mamdani Exodus” from NYC until DJT sells ALL of his NYC properties.
PRESIDENT Trump can always shut down his properties in NYC, taking huge tax losses which will translate to no income/taxes for Mamdani’s commie NYC, as well as increasing the unemployed in NYC, purveyors who supply Trump properties will close.
In the meantime, PRESIDENT Trump will look elsewhere to invest in properties.
Huge businesses always look for “losses” to reduce their taxes.

This is just a further decline of NYC, whose latest slide began, after Republican Giuliani (who enforced law & order, in NYC, through his police commissioner), was no longer mayor of NYC. What some call “de-urbanization”, has been happening, to every blue city, state and area. It is a continuing decline in population (and prosperity, too), in cities like NYC, LA, Chicago, and Baltimore. And with it, their tax revenues are declining, in real terms, adjusted for inflation. Hence the Dems desire to “re-populate” with illegal immigrant trespassers, and the Dems desire to “defund the police”–simply because they can’t afford to pay them, anymore. Of course, the fact that their liberal/radical policies, ideas and actions are failing, and will continue to fail–doesn’t seem to want to influence them to change them. They keep “doubling down” on failure, while many Americans keep “voting with their feet”, by moving out to areas that are more conservative, traditional, prosperous–and away from Dem “disasters”, like Islamic Mamdami’s embrace of communist ideas and policies, in NYC. Well, for almost all of it’s existence, the Soviet Union contained Third World poverty within it’s borders of it’s vast territory, for almost all of it’s citizens, living in totally abject poverty–so, what is happening in NYC–will just be another reflection of that–as every one there will get poorer and poorer, and govt services get worse and worse…so glad that I live in central Jersey right now, and not anywhere near, or in, NYC. And, hopefully someday soon, I can head even further WEST, away from the hell of NYC, developing right now!!!
This is NOT GOOD. These democrats moving to other states are bringing their DEMOCRAT VOTES with them which could potentially turn red states blue. Last thing this country needs is more blue states!!
NYC started going downhill with mayor David Dinkins. The downhill slide quickened with Bill (the pill) de Blasio, aka mayor putz. Then they elected idiot Adams. Completely clueless, he welcomed the illegal aliens and gave them free everything. Now they elected a smiling Muslim. He’ll finish NYC. But hey, this is what the dimwits voted for.
