Irresponsible dog owners are the worst people.
I work EMS, and E911 tells them to secure dogs prior to our arrival. Most times, callers don’t and say he/she won’t bite. Unfortunately, these dogs don’t understand what is going on. Some can get aggressive because we are strangers.

You are 100% correct. I’ve seen it time and time again. People are irresponsible when it comes to their animals and these cases end up in court all the time. If you cannot control your animals then you should not have an animal. There are laws that dogs have to be on a leash. There’s a reason for that. Listen to this man.
