I live in Ohio, and just around the corner from my house is a day care facility that never looked open, and now I see like six cars there and it appears open for business?? What do I do? Fraud is Fraud.
Were the signs of life since the Minnesota story broke? Report what you observed. The feds will audit their records and be able to determine if they were just a front also. Do it quickly before they have too much time to create false records. But their records should match their claims and they’d probably be very sloppy falsifying fake records in a hurry. They should have licenses to operate and all requirements to run a daycare. If they claim kids were bussed in, that can be easily checked also. I would think that it should be required to have licenses to transport children and a log of when they operated, both pickup and delivery – the dates, times and places. Be quick. Ohio is already under investigation and you have some specific info for the investigators. Good luck. Let us all know!

I have been on an endless journey to get to the details on this scam. There is only so much a lay person can do, but report to the Government. I’m only responding because I am a Republican and this has been going on for years. I’m thankful it has been exposed. I first checked out while living in TN. THEY ARE SMART IN GETTING AWAY WITH IT. THEN, THEY CRY VICTIM.
