One correction, in many probate cases (which are public information) it lists the dead person’s SSN. So, a corrupt person can register with the dead person’s name and SSN then send in a mail in ballot in the dead person’s name.

I handled my parents estate and NEITHER showed a SSN .
Remove deceased from voter rolls.
Voter ID, Clean Voter Rolls, Remove the Voter Fraud! Let the Dead Rest in Peace!
