The 3 judge panel that overturned the 12-0 jury in the Vringo-IP Internet had no business overturning that ruling. 5 counts went 12-0 in Vringo favor. But Google judges told AOL, Gannett and Target that “they had this”. I guess they got two favorite judges on a panel. The other judge was former head of the USPTO that highly dissented the other 2. Judge Chin had a background in Computer science. The other 2: 1 a retired army jag lawyer, and the other, I don’t remember. But the case went to the Supreme Court: Guess what? That corrupt court wouldn’t look at the case. “Google got what they wanted”. We shareholders lost everything. Why have a 12-person jury vote 12-0 and then a corrupt loser get’s their corrupt buddies to toss the case? And a Supreme Court that can’t handle their job. Somebody in Potomac, Maryland got shoe boxes delivered at the back door by a white panel van!

IMO, it depends on the judge’s politics. Law for the most part isn’t enforced, but now it’s politics that gets enforced. That’s why everything has to be appealed anymore. Some of us have more rights than others. It’s no longer “fair and impartial, IMO!” Remember all that lawfare that was brought against Trump??
If a corrupt judge can overturn a 12-0 jury verdict, then what’s the point in having a jury at all?

AS I have said before, if these Somali’s became naturalized citizens, many have most likely violated the required “Oath of Allegiance to the United States” and I am certainly of the opinion Ilhan Omar has. If they have violated this required Oath, their citizenship should be revoked and they should be deported. No stupid a– judge should be able to block this.

Our justice system has been overtaken by liberal judges, who are not enforcing our laws as written, but as the judge’s politics demand. It has become as corrupted as the politics. The judge enforces his own politics and the real law be damned. Most are appointed by Obama/Biden/Clinton and other democrat president, and if you do a search you can pretty much predict the outcome of a case, IMO. It’s no longer enforcing the law, but has become enforcing the JUDGE’S POLITICS, IMO.
