Does anyone realize that other than in LA the National Guard has been used to alleviate local law enforcement of administrative duties, community safety and cleanup, processing, traffic, security, and other non-law enforcement duties. This allows the police and local law enforcement to concentrate on specific law enforcement duties. Check it out for yourself.
