Bill Maher is a confused old man. he has spent his life being a rabid leftist, drug abuser. and free love advocate. now is he seeing the results of his endorsement of the decadent lifestyle and he does not like it.
While Bill Maher is an extreme example this happens to a lot of leftists as they either grow up, grow old or gain responsibilities. most grow to understand that the leftist ideas hurt more then they help.
