If they could just go ahead and make the crash fatal when they steal a car, this would be a self-correcting problem.
These “young scholars” need to be tried as ADULTS, I don’t care if they’re FOUR! The younger kids are recruited to do this crap PRECISELY because they will face no consequences!!
