Any judge that tries to rule over the elected President should immediately be arrested and given 20 years for starters. Had we wanted a judge for President. We would have elected a judge!
In case you missed it, judges swear an oath to the US Constitution, and uphold that document. They do NOT swear allegiance to The Donald.

You are about the closest thing to truth that I have seen here today. First, Article III in the constitution has no position of structure. Judges hold their Offices during good Behavior. (and get paid that can’t be diminished while in their Continuance in Office.) Part of Section 2 has been amended by the Eleventh Amendment. No where in the five paragraphs contained in Article III does it state how many Supreme Court Justices there can be, or anywhere else in the constitution. No limits are set as to the limit that might contradict that contained in Article I, Section. 1. which states,”All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representative.” (The one Kicker in this loosely constructed one of the so-called three “balancing” of the three branches of our three divisions”, it wasn’t structured in here) This led to the total corruption of the constitution by giving the BAR ie., the British Accreditation Registry (and its subsidiary American body) by allowing the lawyers and their hand maidens, the Investment Banking Cartel, to “interpret” the language of laws passed by Congress. The effect is that by means of bribery, intimidation, blackmail, political agenda, or even appointing the terminally stupid, five justices to rule the course of the nation. The so-called “Founding Father’s” got it started right off by establishing the totally corrupt First United States Bank. They then looted the bank to recoup their investments from financing the American Revolutionary War. It went bankrupt and the, by then political parties, Whig and Democrat, started the Second United States Bank. I’m not a judge but I swore that oath when I joined the armed forces. If you’re familiar with the Constitution you know that it establishes three equal branches. The president is not a king, they are responsible for executing the laws that Congress passes. And all judges, conservative or liberal apply the law to specific cases. If an executive agency, or even the President, acts contrary to the Constitution or to law it is the responsibility of the judicial branch to so rule. Basic civics.
The only problems is that lib judges do not follow the constitution. It is very disconcerting. We need to bring these judges to account and I dont see it happening, do we even have a defense in place?
It is not any of the Judiciary’s powers over the actions, powers of lower executive like governors or even mayors or bureaucrats. The legislative officials and/or their respective police agencies and other appointed official must bring an action. It is the duty of the Judiciary to determine whether the fact of law and evidence supported by the findings of a jury conform to law and evidence presented and the court conduct in a proper and constitutional manner. In the case of elected federal officials, the remedy is by Impeachment. The body of evidence is conducted and to be presented by the House of Representative, and if found to be against the constitution, referred to the Senate for trial, where the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court presides. Most of these “injunctions” are “out of order” on their face, political garbage. If found to not be found to be valid founded to be untrue the judge as bearing false witness, and tried as perjury under oath. Such falsity is, in reality, and attack against the integrity of the constitution and the Republic as a nation, being perpetrated as an attempt to overthrow by coup to form a different form of government.
