Beginning at about 0:36: voiceover says that Harris “is officially losing.” On-screen graphic shows a poll result in which Harris is… winning.
In that poll, she’s winning by only one point. Yes, that would be a big drop from the 2020 result (Biden by ten), but, no, it doesn’t mean she’s losing.
And of course that’s one cherry-picked poll. The RCP average of several polls — https://www.realclearpolling.com/polls/president/general/2024/virginia/trump-vs-harris — gives Harris a lead in Virginia of 4.8%.
