Apparently the student has been in the U.S. since age 5 for thirteen years on a Visa that wasn’t renewed. How long can you be on a Visa? If your Visa expires then go back to your country. See, they get comfortable here so much so that the father doesn’t speak english. If you want to be here then learn our language and play by the rules.
