As a retired university ECONOMICS PROFESSOR
(36 YEARS), over 100 paid Corporate consultations so I know just a little bit about
Corporate business. For the life of me, why
would any Corporate board hire a so-called
DEI “expert” to run a national, multi-location
restaurant chain? Frankly there is not a group
of MORE; ECONOMIC, BUS. MGT, MARKETING,
STAFF MANAGEMENT, FINANCE, CUSTOMER
RELATIONS, etc, ILLITERATE group on earth
than DEI MORONS. They are UNEDUCATED,
UNTRAINED IN BASIC BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, and think they are GOD’S
GIFT to the business world. None of them
could have passed my INTRO. TO ECONOMICS
class for 17 to 19 year old College Freshmen.
They are destroying businesses right and left
with their DRIVEL and NONSENSE!!!!
This is what DIVERSITY get us. remember what I say as you are going into that surgery to save your life with a doctor hired with diversity to be “fair” giving opportunities to the inept. skin color or gender counts for nothing for skill and ability. how many people have been displaced by governments requirement to fill their requirement for fairness. How many people have lost their lives because of diversity? I know of one, how many do you know? life isn’t fair. gov. cant pass laws that assign skill or knowledge. for CHAOS and FAILURE in a competitive
environment. No I am not racist, among the
15,000 students I taught were many BLACK,
HISPANIC, ASIAN students. On my own time
I tutored minority students TO SPECIFICALLY
PREPARE THEM TO BE MERIT-BASED, ABLE
TO COMPETE WITH ANYONE WITHOUT
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. I WENT TO COMPANIES
and CORPORATIONS AND GOT THEM
INTERVIEWED AND HIRED BASED ON ONLY
MERIT. Today’s IGNORANT UNIVERSITIES
FAIL MINORITY STUDENTS WHEN THEY DO
NOT REQUIRE MERIT PERFORMANCE FROM
ALL STUDENTS. EXPEL THE IGNORANT PROTESTORS, FOCUS ON DEVELOPIING THE
NON-PROTESTORS WHO WANT TO LEARN
AND ACHIEVE MERIT LEVEL PERFORMANCE.
