Yeah, they seem to blame the wrong side for their bad behavior. I have two kids with 4 year degrees who paid back their school loans without mom and dad’s help. They signed up for Fed loan auto payments and saved their money to pay it off completely. Kids need to be taught responsibility. The Feds could offer interest free payback just to get their money off of former students. What was discombobulated Biden thinking when he offered loan forgiveness? We may never know.
JUDAS Biden did NOT want that “Loan Forgiveness” because he CARED. He, or rather his handlers because it’s NOW obvious that HE wasn’t in control, wanted it to BUY VOTES from entitled kids with no REAL WORLD Experience. A lot like LBJ’s War on Poverty, that bought millions of votes from people living off the wages of others.

No one is profiting from an AOC education, and indoctrination from the colleges is destroying the nation!
Even if Biden had it his way and forgave this batch of student loans there are high schoolers coming with the next generation and more loans going on the books why do collage schools charge so much for tuition why not fix that problem and make higher learning affordable , fix the problem the future will thank you .

Well, well, well…I must be one of those “entitled” types, because I went to a very expensive university–and didn’t pay a dime for it. But, wait! My father was a successful small business owner, I was an only child, he really wanted me to go get a degree (I wasn’t so sure that thst was what I wanted, however), AND–I did get a degree in electrical engineering, then end up using that degree in several jobs, over the next 15 years after college. Unfortunately, my parents were a lot older than me and after years of living blissfully on my own, far away–I had to come back home and take care of them, in their old age–which wrecked my career (such is life!) So, I lowered my expectations, and delivered newspapers for the next 20 years, when I was no longer able to get an engineering job, anymore (and it didn’t help that the industry was dying in this blue state, due to liberal policies, either!) But, I also retrained myself along the way, as a computer technician, and did many other side jobs, too, like driving and handyman. Then I was able to collect Social Security retirement benefits (because I reported all my earnings, high or low, and paid my taxes,
for many years), while working many part-time, short-term jobs, as a computer tech, etc., so I’m OK now, mostly retired. But, I could never see getting such a useless degree, as a liberal arts degree. One of my friends got a degree in English, and had to go back and get a second one in something useful (chemical engineering), then ended up doing environmental clean-ups (yuk!) Meanwhile, I was enjoying my EE jobs, initially, and getting well paid while he was struggling getting that second degree. Another of my friends majored in philosophy, and ended up doing some shitty, low-paying job, writing news summaries for some shitty newspaper, and was completely unhappy with that. I’m not saying my life was perfect, but I loved electronics, and found my EE degree to be very useful–and I marvel at those who waste their time and effort getting useless college degrees–why? What can you do with it? Just like an AOC, a Fani Willis, or a Kamala Harris–totally USELESS, totally WORTHLESS–what GOOD are they for our society, anyway, huh?!?
First of all, what you see here is a Catastrophic Parental FAILURE in the household. Not preparing these kids for LIFE. You take out a loan, you pay it back. OR, you pay MORE in Taxes later,,along with the people that DIDN’T get to go to college. At the VERY MOST, reduce the interest rate. What do they want next, Free houses, Vehicles, Food, etc. They sound more like Welfare recipients then “Educated People”. BTW, why did they go to college, it was to “Get a better job with MORE MONEY, right. So use that EXTRA money to PAY OFF YOUR LOAN. THEN you can “Live it up”. But then they did spend 2-4-6+ yrs being indoctrinated by Socialist Profs who never had a job off campus. It’s just sad.
A loan is a legal and binding contract. The borrower agrees to pay back what he/she borrowed. It’s that simple. Taxpayers are not responsible for such debt. Why is the federal government in the student loan business in the first place? It should not be.

You don’t need a $50K/Yr College Ed to be successful or to live as decent life in America. A lot of your education $ could be used for a good Jr college to pursue a trade and it’s still a great bargain. Many of the Jr. colleges will not put you in deep financial strain for the 2 yrs of education. Pursue realistic golls, keep with in your budget, put in some hard work & dedication, and always research the type of education you seek. Barring any catastrophe, you should be OK. Any loan you do have however, must be paid back
The student loans aren’t actually forgiven. The federal government will pay the loans. Fo that, Bidumb needs approval from Congress because Congress controls the purse. Bidumb cannot do this on his own. His actions are illegal. Basically, he was doing this to buy votes with taxpayer money.
