Democrats are to blame for this. In Maryland then Governor O’Malley (yes, the one who has now been elected to oversee Social Security) closed the mental health hospitals. People begged him not to as they could not care for their mentally ill family member on their own, but he didn’t care. Until we rebuild mental health hospitals this will continue unchecked.
