Leslie, there has been talk about cutting NY State in two. The eastern New Yawk City liberal half, and the mostly conservative western half. They tried to do that in California, but the governor and the state legislature vetoed it. The same thing will happen here. Governors don’t want to lose power; they want MORE power.
