The US constitution does NOT protect people who are illegally in this country – PERIOD! If a person is in this country illegally they should simply be processed for deportation and their home country billed for the cost! If they have committed a crime, other than entering this nation illegally, they should be prosecuted and then sent to prison in their own country, and if they are found to be a criminal from another country, they should be sent directly to prison in their home country, and that country billed. The US is NOT a dumping ground for all of the world’s trash, we have more than enough of our own!
