IMO, we have far too many judges like this one, and she should be severely punished, and lose not only her seat on a bench, but her law license too. Verdicts seem to be rendered upon whether you are charged in a blue state or what the judge’s politics are, and of course, what your politics are, if the judge knows? We have our verdicts rendered not according to the LAW, but according to the judge’s POLITICS? Whether you are a legal citizen or an ILLEGAL?? Our constitutional law seems to be gone, but politics rule of the day. Hopefully, folks have enough money that they can get this kind of verdict overturned, by going to a higher court. We have a sorry state of affairs with out courts today, IMO.
