I stopped watching all “professional” sports in the early eighties when they started paying them excessive salaries, I don’t care how “talented” they are. We taxpayers build the stadiums, and these spoiled morons make ticket prices so high that the average person can’t afford to attend the games. Not to mention that most of them are democraps.
Around here, the first thing on the local TV News is football. On all 3 local stations. To me, that’s not news. Save it for the sports section.
