I guess the problem isn’t just absent black father’s. The black mayor said ” as a father, he doesn’t want his children questioned on where they go”. So even when the father is there, it doesn’t necessarily mean they have a parent to guide them. Unbelievable!
These black teens need to be arrested and the keys thrown away. They act like animals they should be treated as such. When you harm others in order to steal what they can’t afford, you don’t need these people. Put the mayor in jail with you. OUTRAGEOUS. REAL ISSUE – POOR LEADERSHIP AND IGNORANCE.
