I don’t think “Fight! Fight! Fight!” was an appropriate response to a shooting like that. There was one innocent man killed. Do you think his family enjoyed hearing Trump say, “Fight! Fight! Fight!” while scrapping up all the pieces of their loved one? The only thing you can say about this response is that it is a typical response that Trump would give.
I don’t think at that moment Trump knew someone had died. He was no doubt pumped up on adrenalin and just glad to be alive.
