Ban sanctuary cities. Limit the number of nonviolent protesters. No violent protesters allowed. No protesters coming from other states. You need to register names to protest. You can carry signs and chant or sing your songs, but no violence. If you get violent in the crowd then you go to jail with a hefty fine. Protest where it’s safe so no one can plow into you with a vehicle.
