The fact of the matter is we have reached the tipping point, where the judiciary is filled with activists Marxist judges, where they will use their political beliefs instead of the written laws, and to top that off, they are never held accountable for using the judgeship to push their politics over the actual written laws!
Imagine this: the Supreme Court rules that Colorado can unilaterally remove Trump from the ballot based on the mere accusation that he was involved in an insurrection.
Two days later, Texas removes BIDEN from the ballot based solely on the accusation that his refusal to close the southern border is treason. Then Florida drops him, too. That’s 70 electoral votes denied Biden.
I’m sure SCOTUS is cognizant of the immense danger of establishing Colorado’s attempt at election-rigging as a legal precedent.
