DEI–has a deeper “purpose” of why it has infiltrated so much of Our Government and non-Government entities: It is trying to Replace the USA Constitution which is a legal contract between “We the People” and the beauty of it is it covers all people!! DEI does not cover all people so it is not inclusive cause it ends up catering to specific groups of people and excluding everyone else. This is wrong from the get go and undermines the Real Spirit of the Constitution created for all people!
The only objective of DEI is to make it EASY for the left to put low IQ people into positions of authority because they are stupid and easily manipulated for their agenda, and because lowering educational standards didn’t do enough to help their cause. You will notice that the only people who support this DEI garbage are LBGTQXYZ, women, and minorities (mainly blacks).
