I’m not a lawyer or a judge, but I will try to explain this to lawyers and judges.
If a person is in this country illegally, it’s a crime. If a person is in this country illegally and is committing crimes..? It’s a crime.
If you are helping illegals to avoid ICE or any law enforcement agencies..? That to is called a crime. I don’t have a law degree, I have a GED and even I know this. God could you imagine if dems would fight this hard for legal citizens.
Ah, there’s nothing like the “sweet music” of another Democrat being dragged away, for their immoral actions. I love the look on her face, after her arrest. Now she has to mingle with criminals, lowlifes, and those down on their luck–and can no longer claim to be righteous. Well, that’s what happens when you make criminal choices, to defend your political views. What judge helps a violent criminal to escape, anyway? Perhaps she should never have been allowed to be a judge, in the first place…? She might have made a good mother, a good wife, a good cook…but a judge? I wonder why and how our society allows it…

Not all orders for arrests are made by Trump. The White Hats are doing most of the arrests. Democrats are more than willing to blame everything on Trump when THEY are the most guilty! Both of these judges Dugan and Cano, should be convicted of harboring and Incarcerated, and as judges this should be for the maximum time allowed, as well as disbarment and in Dugan’s case the additional charge of aiding in the Escape, and the sentences should be stacked,…. ( not to run concurrently ),…. and these charges should bar future government service of any sort,…. In Cano’s case he should additionally be charged with supplying weapons to known terrorist organization members,….
