While labeling ANTIFA as Domestic Terrorists is fine they missed the real way to get rid of them. They just convicted a ANTIFA member and his sentence was 20 years. Once you add in Good Time,Time Served and the rest of the Bullshit he might only do 4 or 5 years. Instead the Government should, have just used the RICO Act where they can hold onto you for at least 5 years before even telling you why you got arrested. Under RICO there is no such thing as Good Time as everyone convicted under RICO gets the exact same 25 to Life Sentence meaning your locked away for at least 25 years. The greatest thing about RICO is if only a few commit any 2 of the known crimes it shows or 2 of the more than 100 crimes they don’t show every single member, asso,family member or anyone else who even remotely helps them can be arrested and held for up to 5 years. But here’s where RICO has the Teeth that branding ANTIFA Terrorists doesn’t have. Once your Arrested under RICO your bank accounts and properties immediately become Government Property and the only way you get them back is by Proving your Innocence. Now like I said only 1 ANTIFA member has been arrested so far. However under RICO back during the Summer of Love also called the Floyd Riots several members of ANTIFA and BLM trapped several Police Officers inside their station house that’s also known as Kidnapping 1 of the Listed RICO Crimes. Then those same ANTIFA and BLM members set the building on Fire that’s Arson also 1 of known RICO crimes. So just with that 1 instance ANTIFA and BLM committed 2 of the RICO Crimes so at that point any and everyone even loosely connected to ANTIFA and BLM even if they had no knowledge of those crimes or even in the same state the entire organization of both ANTIFA and BLM can immediately be freestanding charged for those crimes. Suddenly every single member of both groups are facing 25 to life and mommy,daddy, friends and relatives can also be arrested if they ever helped them in any way. They also have their accounts and properties ceased by the Government and unless or until they are found innocent they do not have a penny. It’s kinda hard to hire lawyers without being able to pay for them.
