Sure seems like the blacks in South Africa couldn’t/wouldn’t build their own so they waited for the whites to do it and then they come and steal it. Why? Are they not smart enough or are they too lazy to build something for themselves? How long will it be until their country reverts to a complete broken economy? Will they maintain anything or just assume that they don’t have to do anything because they never have had to do it for themselves?
