WOW: Watch Ellen Scold a Fan as Her Career is Cancelled…

Watch Ellen Scold a Fan as Her Career is Cancelled...

“That’s embarrassing and everything, but let that be a lesson to you,” Ellen DeGeneres had said to her fan on her show. She then added, “You just need to be a good person just because you want to be a good person,” and told her fan not to do anything she shouldn’t just “because you think nobody’s watching you.”

Ellen’s daytime show has just been officially canceled this year. Last week, she had announced the decision to end her show and confirmed that this 19th season is indeed her last.

But, she says the show needs to end because her artistic needs to be “constantly challenged.”

“When you’re a creative person, you constantly need to be challenged. And as great as the show is and as fun, as it is, it’s just not a challenge anymore,” DeGeneres had told The Hollywood Reporter.

Of course, there seems to be more to the story than meets the eye. According to Fox News, several ex-staffers that once worked with Ellen DeGeneres are now speaking out about how they are “not surprised” that the show is coming to an end.

“Each of them, in the Fox article, recalled how once the camera was turned off, the bubbly, delightfully kind persona that Ellen had built up disappeared,” Dr. Steve Turley said. “Instead, she reportedly turned into an absolutely insufferable person.”

“And that revelation—the revelation by many ex-staff of how the real Ellen was nothing like the on-screen version seems to be what’s really behind the cancellation of her show,” Turley continued.

“What made Ellen Ellen on-screen over these last 19 years?” he asked, before explaining that “her entire brand was to be kind.”

“Her website’s URL is ‘be kind.’ ‘Be kind’ was the catchphrase. It summarized the ethos of Ellen DeGeneres,” he went on. “But then, just a year ago, explosive revelations and accusations were made that Ellen was nothing like that in real life.”

Turley then explains that ex-staffers claim that the “set is dominated by fear.” They have also made reports that “DeGeneres was treating staff contemptuously and rudely, contributing to an inordinately poor workplace environment.”

While The Ellen Show was under investigation, staff came forward, and they all revealed a “radically toxic work environment centered on Ellen’s horrifically nasty and rude behavior towards an employee.”

They claim that she has fired people and mistreated employees just because they took medical leave or time off to go to a funeral and grieve the death of a loved one.

Worse yet, some staffers say they were even instructed not to look Ellen in the eye.

“It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that this whole thing is going just to crash and burn—and that is exactly what happened,” Turley went on. “After a year of being dogged by her own behavioral inconsistencies and sexual harassment in the studio and the like, the reign of Ellen DeGeneres over daytime television has come to a shattering end.”

Cancellation could not have happened to a more deserving WITCH!

Joseph Wright

It was all a show. She’s an actress & comedian who “acts.” She acts kindly in front of the audience, puts on the show, but she’s a dark person and not kind.

I never saw the appeal. Her sitcom was second rate, only goosed up by the interminable-look at me, I’m a lesbian theme- and how she managed to stay on the air for so long is a genuine mystery. The shame of low expectation, I guess.
