White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany destroys screaming reporters as she dismissed a “journalist” asking a question with, “I don’t call on activists.”
Friday press briefing triggered a room full of liberal reporters. McEnany endured the briefing towards the end as several were heard screaming at the press secretary.
As a response, McEnany concluded the briefing by simply leaning on the microphone and said to refuse to call on “activists” reporters.
The phrase spread like wildfire even on social media, and the reporter was heard denying she is an activist.
CNN White House correspondent Kaitlan Collins got the better of the fed-up press secretary.
“I am not an activist, and you didn’t take questions since October 1 and just took about five, Kayleigh. That is not doing your job. Your taxpayer-funded job,” Collins responded.
During the briefing, McEnany defended President Trump’s pursuit of lawsuits in several swing states as the campaign continues to challenge the election results.
The White House Press Secretary likewise defended the president’s refusal to concede. The refusal has kept the administration from releasing funds as a start of the transition process.
McEnany argued the Dems were uncooperative in 2016.
“Let us not forget the inexcusable transition, or lack thereof, that President Trump had to endure in 2016 and four years into his presidency.”
