Last Thursday, Tucker Carlson said on live television that Trump lawyer Sidney Powell refused to go on his show and provide any evidence for the claims that she had made during the press conference Thursday.
The claims all centered around Michigan, and it included some former assertions concerning the Dominion voting system.
According to Carlson, he reached out multiple times, trying to get Powell to go on his show, but he got rebuffed. As a result, he shared with his audience how strange that is.
If Powell really does have the proof, she claimed she has, why would she refuse to go on Carlson’s show and provide even one tiny anything that backs her claims?
We might never know, but here’s how Powell responded.
Powell’s latest affidavit was supposed to include evidence of all the claims she made during the press conference, but we see that it didn’t. With all the electors set to vote in a few weeks, the number of press conferences she holds won’t matter if she can’t provide us with the evidence that backs her claims.
I don’t know what she was thinking, but it seems to me that refusing to go on Carlson’s show and then proceeding to attack him is not the best strategy to get your side of the story out there. After all, he asked her to go on his show to provide his audience with the evidence that backs her claims.
No matter whose side you’re on in this one, the fact of the matter is that Powell refuses to provide evidence, and that’s just not gonna cut it.
