On Saturday, Amazon attacked freedom of expression when they booted the free speech app Parler, from their hosting service.
Parler CEO John Matze unleashed on the platform, calling their actions a “coordinated attack.”
Matze narrated the incident in his app, “Sunday (tomorrow) at midnight Amazon will be shutting off all of our servers in an attempt to remove free speech off the internet completely.” He relayed a possibility that Parler would be unavailable on the internet for at least a week as the team rebuilds from scratch.
Matze said that his company prepared for the same event by building bare metal products and not relying on Amazon’s proprietary infrastructure.
“We will try our best to move to a new provider right now as we have many competing for our business,” the CEO continued.
Matze accused Amazon, Apple, and Google of purposely censoring his app as a coordinated effort knowing that his company’s options would be limited and inflict more damage to President Trump, who was banned from the tech companies.
Matze concluded that the coordinated attack was also made to kill competition in the market place. He claimed that his company was “too successful too fast.”
Along with Amazon, Apple also planned to delist Parler in their app store.
Matze said, “Apple will be banning Parler until we give up free speech, institute broad and invasive policies like Twitter and Facebook, and we become a surveillance platform by pursuing guilt of those who use Parler before innocence.”
Apple apparently claimed the action was due to violence on the platform. Parler disagrees as they hit number 1 on the Apple store on January 10 – the same day ‘Hang Mike Pence’ trended on Twitter nationally. Apple’s double standard is disgusting, along with the other big tech companies.
The statement said, “Apple, a software monopoly, provides no alternatives to installing apps on your phone other than their store. We do not own our phones. Apple simply rents them to us. Apple, Google, and the rest of the anti-competitive pack of big tech tyrants coordinate their moves and work together to stifle competition in the marketplace.”
Free speech now only applies to the liberals, as conservatives are being purged and left in darkness. A quick recap to demonstrate the purge is as follows:
Facebook banned President Trump’s account for at least two weeks.
President Trump’s accounts and others related to his campaign were permanently suspended on Twitter.
Twitter also purged hundreds of thousands of users.
Google delisted the free speech app Parler in its app store, while Apple threatened to delist the same app unless they censor conservatives.
The president’s email service prevented him from sending emails to his millions of supporters.
Owner of internet browser Firefox, Mozilla, vowed to act against President Trump and his allies.
