Joe Biden’s Texas Director Accused of Filling in Ballots for Dead People

Amazing how the Democrats go overboard in the election and even during the preparations. They stop at nothing to regain power which they so selfishly use to aggravate the poor.

On Monday, Joe Biden’s Texas campaign director, Dallas Jones, was slapped with a lawsuit after accusations of ballot harvesting ops. Jones was appointed as Biden’s campaign Texas political director in early September.

Two different affidavits were filed at the Texas Supreme Court to support the claim. These would become part of the class-action lawsuit by citizens against Harris County and the state of Texas, said National File’s Patrick Howley.

According to National File, Dallas Jones and allies hoard mail-in and absentee ballots which the operatives would fill-out. Two private investigators – a former FBI agent and a former police officer – testified that these ballots include the deceased, homeless, and nursing home residents.

The two investigators claim having video evidence, witnesses, and documents to make their case.

In an affidavit, former Houston police officer Mark A. Aguirre stated he is “currently involved in an investigation related to a wide-ranging and fraudulent ballot harvesting scheme in Harris County intended to rig the elections in the Houston/Harris County area.”

Aguirre claims the “entire operation is being run by the elite politicians of the Democrat Party” in Houston and Harris County.”

Likewise, former FBI agent Charles F. Marler said in an affidavit, “a core group of names continued to surface regarding the operation and organization and of the voter fraud scheme.”

Marler has witnesses on the scheme who shared information that Rodney Ellis of Precinct 1 Harris County Commissioner and Senator Borris Miles of District 13 lead the ballot harvesting operation in the Harris County.

“Their chief lieutenants are political consultant Dallas Jones and Houston businessman Gerald Womack, who work directly under them in the execution of the ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas,” he wrote.

According to Marler, two Harris County Clerk’s office employees “are aware of the illegal ballots and even help facilitate and mask the processing of the ballots into the legal stream of ballots.” One of the employees resigned just when his interview reports started to go public.

Another witness told Marler that an employee of Ellis, identified as Tyler James, said he could guarantee 700,000 illegal ballots from the harvesting operation.

The former FBI agent said he could provide evidences to help with the investigation, yet “sadly,” the suspects would only be prosecuted after the November 3 elections.

Perhaps a day too late.
