On Tuesday, President Joe Biden spoke about COVID-19 and his administration’s efforts to vaccinate as many people as they can.
As usual, Biden started the live stream confused, saying, “I’m just waiting for them to tell me when we get going here since we’re live streaming this.”
He didn’t even realize that the live stream had already started and said, “I’m supposed to look over here and not at you guys.”
Then, he proceeded to rename New Mexico.
“I know Minnesota is great, but it can’t be as nice weather as there is in Mexico, now is it?” Biden said, referring to New Mexico.
Not realizing his mistake, he did it again just a few seconds later.
“We got six governors with us today — Democrats and Republicans,” he said before introducing the governors and saying, “Governor [Michelle] Lujan Grisham of Mexico.”
Does he not know that New Mexico is a state while Mexico is a country?
