On Tuesday evening, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said that the signature match audit found “no evidence” of voter fraud in Cobb County.

According to him, the ballot envelopes were so perfect that out of the 15,118 randomly selected ballon envelopes examined by the GBI investigators, only 2 signatures were flagged

The Cobb County audit report reads:

The Cobb County Elections Department had a 99.99% accuracy rate in performing correct signature verification procedures based on the audit results. The audit team was also able to confirm that the two ballots that should have initially been identified by Cobb County Elections Department staff as requiring a cure notification were actually cast by the voters to whom they were issued. No fraudulent absentee ballots were identified during the audit.

But why were independent monitors barred from the audit?

This is the only election that has seen such perfect signature matches.

Could the accuracy rate possibly be 99.99% in Cobb County?
