All the arguments make sense… EXCEPT for two glaring facts.
1. Democrats have absolutely no fear of being hypocritical, duplicitous, deceitful, or flat-out wrong. They simply change the narrative and ignore/deny what they previously said or did. There is literally NOTHING they won’t do or say to win.
2. Republicans are COWARDS, They play by a set of rules long-ago abandoned by their opponents. This -combined with their mortal fear of being accused of racist-mysogenist-whaeverist puts them at a disadvantage at every turn.

Refusal to apply duly legislated laws is a dereliction of sworn duty for a judge. The WOKE judicial branch has usurped the ability to write law ( See LaTitia James indictment of Trump on Bank fraud ) and simp[ly refused to indict or enforce laws about border immigration, urban theft and common assault, any election law that doesn’t help their cause etcetera. Until you REMOVE AND PROSECUTE these WOKE judges, nothing sent through the courts to put them in check will work. Start with Boas, and the whole D.C. circuit .
